At first, I didn't figure out how to use it, but customer service provided patient answers. Please register your own account before use, and then fill in your pet information in your account. Don't think it's troublesome, this design is safer and your pet information cannot be modified by strangers!
I've used QR pet tags made of other materials, and none lasted more than a month before my dog chewed them up. I believe this one will be different!
Dogs' saliva often makes them very dirty, but after wiping them with a damp tissue, they recover like new and are easier to clean than the silicone ones I bought before!
